Single-operator cholangioscopy monitoring of a remaining bile duct after congenital choledochal cyst surgery: a case report with an innovative approach. After removing remaining pancreatic stones in the remnant bile duct, we inserted a Spyglass choledochoscope. Mucosa was regular and monochromatic. We performed biopsies with a Spybite miniforceps in the remnant cyst and its junction.
